This unique quilt is filled with fibers from pineapple leaves – a byproduct of the harvest. Instead of letting them go to waste, we turn them into valuable resources. Upcycling instead of recycling!

Awareness of sustainability is becoming increasingly important and has also gained significant relevance in the bedding industry. We are delighted to now offer downproof and fiberproof fabrics with an even higher recycled content than before. Our fabric collection now includes downproof fabrics with up to 80% recycled cotton and fiberproof fabrics with up to 90% recycled cotton.

This year, Sanders-Kauffmann once again proudly showcased its own booth at Heimtextil in Frankfurt. Our booth featured the much-loved design from Heimtextil 2024 and was further enhanced with charming eye-catching details. We are thrilled to have once again utilized Heimtextil as a platform to introduce our numerous innovations to a wide audience and to generate excitement about them.

On August 1, 2024, our subsidiary Sleep ID GmbH merged with Sanders-Kauffmann GmbH.

Hometex 2024 – We were there with our own stand!

From 19.06. – 20.06.2024 the Hometex took place again in Bad Salzuflen, which was otherwise known under the name ABK OPEN. Hometex is one of the leading trade fairs for sleep systems, bedding, household and home textiles and carpets.

We are very pleased to inform you that we have received a patent for our innovation, the CLIMA BALANCE 2.0® – FITS FOR ALL. This patent confirms the unique technology that our duvet has to offer. You can switch between two warmth classes simply by turning the duvet over. What exactly makes the technology so special?

A further milestone towards greater sustainability!

We are very pleased to announce that by participating in DHL’s GoGreen project, we were able to offset a total of 182.09 tons of CO2e* with our national parcels in 2023. This is a significant milestone on our path to greater sustainability and environmental protection. Through these measures, we are actively helping to reduce our company’s ecological footprint and protect the environment.

Successful trade fair days in Dubai!

Our Export Sales Manager visited the Trade Show 2024 in Dubai this year. The Trade Show, known as the ultimate trade fair for the Middle East, took place this year with 420 exhibitors from all over the world. It provided a platform for various products covering both hotel needs and the retail business. The three interesting and successful days of the fair led to numerous new contacts and positive results.

We are now OEKO-TEX®-STeP certified!

We are very pleased to announce that we, Sanders-Kauffmann GmbH, have now officially received the OEKO-TEX®-STeP certificate for our fabrics, our duvet and pillow shells, and our filled bedding products. This prestigious certification represents sustainable textile production and confirms that we meet the highest standards in ecological, economic, and social areas.
