By changing its name to Sanders-Kauffmann GmbH, the Austrian Austro-Holding completes the integration of Sleepwell Kauffmann GmbH into the former Sanders.eu GmbH.

Bramsche, 2 June 2020 – As announced today by the Bramsche based manufacturer of high-quality bedroom goods, the company was renamed on 29 May 2020 with registration of the new company name Sanders-Kauffmann GmbH at the Osnabrück district court.

According to managing director Alexander Singer, the renaming of the company is a pure name change; all key company details, such as commercial register number, bank details and sales tax ID number, remain unchanged.

“The new name Sanders-Kauffmann”, Singer explains, “is intended to reflect the high significance of the Kauffmann brand to our business while clearly demonstrating that we will continue to maintain our brand standards of continuity, quality and competence as well as our successful brand range”.

Sanders-Kauffmann GmbH will thus remain entirely in the 130-year tradition of the Sanders company based in Lower Saxony, which today sells around 60% of its production to other European countries, according to Singer. Now, Sanders-Kauffmann GmbH wants to continue to grow organically and inorganically with its core business, the finishing of down-proof fabrics, the processing of down and feathers and the production of high-quality bedroom goods, as well as with its Kauffmann, Künsemüller and Sanders of Germany brands.

In the future, Sanders-Kauffmann GmbH will primarily focus on the following strategies, explains Managing Director Singer: “The further differentiation of our strong brands, innovation, the ongoing modernisation of our production, the promotion of our employees, strategic investments in suitable companies and, last but not least, the active expansion of our Far East business are the key elements that we will use to sustainably expand our market position as well as our results”.
